Dear Esteemed Clients,
These policies are designed to ensure we deliver the highest quality service while maintaining transparency and fairness for all our clients:
- Quotation Validity:
Our quotes remain valid for 5 days from the date of issuance. Prices may be subject to change beyond this period.
- Stain Removal Disclaimer:
While we strive for excellent results, gutter brightening and soft washing services cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains but will achieve a noticeable improvement.
- Window Cleaning Policy – Screens, Stains & Interior Windows:
Our standard window cleaning service does not include screen removal or cleaning. If screens are left in place, we will clean around them, but the windows will not come out as clean.
We do not offer interior window cleaning under any circumstance. Hard water stain removal and paint stain removal are not included in our standard cleaning.
- Roof Washing Terms & Conditions:
For shingle roofs, we do not rinse after applying our cleaning solution. The next natural rainstorm will wash away treated contaminants safely. Tile and metal roofs are rinsed after application.
- Community Fees:
Any gate fees imposed by your community will be itemized on your invoice.
- Payment Terms:
Residential clients must make payments on the same day services are rendered.
Commercial clients have up to 2 weeks to complete payments.
- Professional Advice Disclaimer:
We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from proceeding with a service against our professional advice.
- Pre-Existing Damage:
We document all pre-existing damage with photos before beginning work. We cannot be held liable for these conditions.
- Haul Away Fees:
Haul-away services are available for an additional fee, which will be discussed prior to the job.
- Furniture and Item Removal Policy:
Moving large furniture or décor is not included. Additional charges may apply if this is required during service without prior notice.
- On-Site Absence Policy:
Your presence is not required, but please notify us of any special circumstances that could affect our work.
- Credit Card Processing Fees:
These are not included in the service price and will be reflected on your invoice.
- Payment Methods:
Residential clients must make electronic payments via approved platforms. We do not accept cash or checks.
- One-Off Service Terms:
Scheduling for one-off services is at our discretion. One-off clients do not have priority scheduling during peak seasons.
- One-Off Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 3 business days in advance (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM) to avoid fees.
- Soft Wash Disclaimer:
Our soft wash system is safe and effective. However, we recommend checking that all fixtures and outlets are sealed properly before service.
- Non-Payment Policy:
If referred to a collection agency, the client agrees to pay collection fees incurred by LowCountry Exterior Cleaning Pros.
- Service Plan Enrollment/Benefits:
Service plan clients receive a 10% discount on additional services, priority scheduling, and guaranteed pricing for one year.
- Service Plan Cancellation Policy:
You may opt out with a 30-day notice if unsatisfied after your first service.
- Client Satisfaction and Issue Documentation:
If an issue arises, please provide clear documentation with photos promptly after job completion.
- Communication Policy:
For the most efficient service, we encourage submitting requests through your private client hub.
